The Verification Commission questioned the reprivatisation decisions and ordered the money back
On Wednesday, the Verification Commission questioned the decision of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw. of Warsaw and the Mayor of the Warsaw-Centrum Commune on the re-privatisation of real estate in Warsaw at Al. Niepodległości 11, Bracka 20B and Wilcza 8. In the case of the latter tenement house, PLN 3.6 million was ordered to be returned.

As a result of the investigation, the commission concluded that the decision had irreversible legal consequences. The Commission imposed in favor of the decision to return the equivalent of the undue benefit in the amount PLN 3,638,744.
