“We are also impatiently awaiting the opening of this day hospital. Monaco paid for its part. We even finished before the deadline and made the adjustments.”
As a reminder, the building, located on avenue du Docteur-Langevin, was purchased by the Principality; the work, which is led by Monaco, is also co-financed by the Lenval Foundation.
The establishment will have a capacity of 65 people (30 care staff and 35 children and adolescents, including 17 Monegasques), over a total area of 640m² on three levels. The medical staff will be French and Monegasque.

Because, in terms of operation, it is the French administration that manages with the Lenval Foundation; the Principality will be represented on the management committee.
Without deciding on a definitive opening date, Christophe Robino reiterated the Prince’s government’s wish to arrive “to be concluded fairly quickly” This folder. “I hope we can open this day hospital before the end of the year, which we are well aware will serve many families.”
