Ivanka Trump in Prague: Wellness in the chapel and a night for 25 thousand!
At the Prague airport, Ivanka was greeted like a Hollywood celebrity. Vladimír Kruliš (41), the head of the castle protocol, welcomed her with a pug in the VIP lounge. “It’s about Ivanka Trump’s visit, they started taking place very soon, we arranged everything. I am very pleased and a little surprised that Ivanka Trump is a completely normal person, she doesn’t have any special requests, she didn’t want anything from us at all,” Kruliš revealed in yesterday’s Press Club Frequency 1.
But Ivanka, her husband Jared Kushner and older brother Donald Trump Jr., with whom she arrived in Prague, will not be spared luxury. Right from the airport, they headed to the Mandarin Oriental hotel in Malá Strana, where there is accommodation. I also live in the same hotel British singer Sting, who had a concert in Prague on Friday! What can celebrities enjoy at the hotel?
The Mandarin Oriental Hotel has a unique atmosphere – it is based in the premises of the monastery from the 14th century, which underwent a sensitive reconstruction. From the vaults that can be seen in the common areas to the visit, the Middle Ages breathes at every corner. However, the hotel’s flair is provided by luxurious modern furniture, which contrasts with the historical spaces in just the right measure.
There are a total of 99 rooms in the hotel, but even for the “most ordinary” one for two, you have to visit an average of around 500 euros per night, i.e. about 12,500 crowns! Special apartments are also available for taller people. One of them is Moser Crystal, which does not lack original accessories from the famous glass company Moser, for example a sparkling crystal chandelier. One night for two will cost around 15,000 crowns.
The most luxurious room the hotel offers is the presidential suite with a huge living room and a terrace from which guests can enjoy a breathtaking view of the towers of the Lesser Town and Prague Castle. Those who want to spend the night in it, however, have to dig deeper into their pockets – the night in it will be average roughly a thousand euros, i.e. 25 thousand crowns, but it depends on the date. At Christmas and on New Year’s Eve, you have to pay extra.
Wellness in the chapel
For guests to have “all in one”, the hotel also offers a wellness center with massages, where VIP guests have privacy. This is precisely what is being started in the worldly spaces of the Renaissance chapel, whose outlines are recognizable at first glance. The local restaurant and bar invite guests, as the name of the hotel suggests, to the world of Asian flavors and aromas.
