Linda Štucbartová, the first certified trainer of the Self-Defense for All approach, won in the accompanying MONETA Entrepreneur of the Year category, which honors entrepreneurs in every region who have been able to overcome the various pitfalls of business.
Jams and onions: The winner bets on the freshest and quality
Winning entrepreneur Linda Bezusová Kamarádová is engaged in the production of honest handmade jams, syrups and salty delicacies. It focuses mainly on the quality, freshest and seasonality of the mostly local ingredients used and traditional processing without the use of commonly available preservatives.
Its assortment includes over forty types of products, from classic jams to spiced jams with alcohol to traditional orange marmalades. In addition to sweet marmalade, it also produces herbal and fruit syrups. The biggest specialty is chives, suitable for meat, cheese and pâtés.

Many of its products have won various awards, especially in England. It targets both the end customer and gastro operations. “My products are classified as more luxurious foods, which is why they are often suitable as a personal or corporate gift,” says Linda Bezusová Kamarádová. All recipes come from her head.
“Mrs. Bezusová Kamarádová deserves to be recognized both for her engaging and inspiring journey through business, and at the same time for her enthusiasm and desire to find new paths and opportunities in her field,” commented the winner, jury member Jakub Svatek from MONETA Money Bank.
Vanda Kofroňová fought her way to second place in the regional round, who organizes mainly classical music concerts for parents and children. Martin Perlík, a civil engineer with a focus on old houses, will take bronze.
3D printing of concrete and automated lines
The winning company ICE Industrial Services is dedicated to industrial automation, designing, programming and manufacturing automated machines and lines. It offers solutions as turnkey deliveries, subcontracting of parts of projects or services on an hourly basis. It focuses on the design and production of new machines as well as the modernization of existing equipment.
In 2021, the company expanded this sector to include 3D printing of concrete, which the newly established division is dedicated to. The company started as a supplier of software capacities, then added its own assemblers and, with the establishment of a design department, moved from sales to supplying complete designs of machines and lines, primarily for the automotive industry.

the next shift was the implementation of own software for data collection and project management. Customers include, for example, Scania, Porsche, Audi, TGW, Strojmetal or Valeo. “The speed of delivery with respect to the promised deadline, flexibility and, of course, quality are essential. Generally speaking, we deliver the efficiency of our solutions, our machines and projects,” says company founder Tomáš Vránek.
“They appreciate the wide range of business activities in the winner, and given that we have experience with the winner in the automotive industry and know the quality of the services provided, they were definitely one of the favorites for me,” commented Martin Kadečka, head of sales of Volkswagen cars at the company Porsche Czech Republic.
The second place was won by the company EKO MB, which deals with the recycling of plastics and the production of recycled 3D string. Mixit, which produces muesli, cereal bars, bars and nut butters, takes the bronze.

The winners of the regional round are at the same time national finalists. Ceremonial announcement of national competition results IBM Company of the Year 2022 AND MONETA Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 will take place on December 8 at Prague’s Žofín.

It is a modern, developing company with more than ten years of experience in the field of waste management. In recent years, the company has responded to the production of plastics and the possibility of their reuse. Using modern technologies, it crushes, agglomerates, regranulates and presses any kind of plastic
quality. Unusable waste does not end up in a landfill, but returns to life as input raw materials for the production of new products. They themselves produce new products from plastic waste in the form of 3D strings for 3D printers. It receives materials from companies in the form of waste from production, plastic sheets, crates, pipes
or a plastic cap. The crusher crushes approximately 450 tons per month. “In 2013, we are the year of the first shredders for plastic waste and we have already started to participate in changing plastic waste into forms other than waste itself. In 2016, we produced an agglomeration line that was made from plastic waste of environmentally friendly products.” In 2019, the company also acquired a line for the production of 3D strings.
