This year, at the beginning of the year, the first three hundred applicants passed the selection process. In January next year, it should be the same number. At the national level, there is mainly a shortage of members of field units and operators in call centers. People with medical education are also in high demand.
According to spokesperson Pavla Jakoubková, the most vacancies are currently in three parts of the Czech Republic: “In Prague, in the Central Bohemian and Ústí Regions. It depends on the region, especially Prague and parts of Central Bohemia have a larger offer of jobs for higher financial evaluation. In the Ústí Region, it is due to the commuting of our citizens to Germany for work.”
