Representatives of the Management Board of Hrvatske poštanska banka dd (hereinafter: the Bank) and representatives of the HPB branch of the Croatian Union of Banks and Financial Services (hereinafter: the Union) signed today the Collective Agreement for the period from September 1, 2022. until March 31, 2023.
By signing the Collective Agreement, the Bank once again confirmed its commitment to its mission of creating a better life in Croatia, providing employees with a greater level of material rights.
Using the measures of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, the Collective Agreement ensures rights such as tax-free salary compensation, holiday pay and Christmas bonus, Easter in kind, gift for children, child care allowance and paid personal leave. purposes such as marriage, death in the family, birth of a child, relocation, first day of school or kindergarten and study leave.
In addition, the Collective Agreement regulates the rights to additional and supplementary health insurance, annual medical examination, payment of severance pay upon retirement and jubilee awards, benefits in case of death, disability or sickness, accident insurance policy, children’s education. supplement and more.
“The contribution of the Bank’s employees at all workplaces throughout Croatia has resulted in the fact that today HPB is a bank with a growing market share, strong development and a strong challenge to the competition. The collective agreement is another tool with which we can support our employees in overcoming the inflationary challenges we are facing”, said Marko Badurina, President of the Management Board.
The process of collective bargaining for a new collective agreement will begin no later than two months before the expiration of the current agreement, in January 2023.
