Solar panels action in the Nationally Protected Cityscape North
It’s time. This time there is a derived products purchasing campaign for home owners within the National Protected Cityscape in North. This way you can place panels in a cost-effective way and take advantage of your roof. Residents can now also place panels on their sunny roof (surfaces) adjacent to the public space.
We organize this temporary organization together with the Regional Energy Desk. Registration runs from Wednesday 2 November to Thursday 22 December. But you can now register for the online information evening on Wednesday 2 November.
Benefits Solar panels (action)
With solar panels on your roof you can save sustainable energy on your energy bill. Previously this was about €300 and €600 per year. You can also deduct the VAT of the solar panels from the tax. This way you get 21 percent of your total investment back. With this promotion you also benefit from the following benefits:
- Profitable price
- Reliable installer
- High Quality
- Good warranty conditions
Do you not have the money immediately available? Then you can apply for our energy loan or make use of the Energy Saving Loan of the National Heat Fund.
Online information evening
At the information evening on Wednesday 2 November, we would like to explain the conditions and rules, and what is involved in a permit application. That is why we recommend that you come to the information evening. You can also watch it later. Even after the information evening, on November 2, you can register for the promotion until December 23, 2022 via ‘Solar panel campaign Rijksbeschermd cityscape Amsterdam-Noord’.
Longer lead time
Solar panels have become very popular in recent months. Good news is use for the environment, permit applications and crowds at installations. Keep this in mind. The sooner you sign up, the sooner it’s your turn!
Promotion conditions
- You can join the action if you want to lay on continuation and non-visible roof surfaces from space.
- Perhaps you are a tenant. Please contact the landlord of your home and ask about the options for installing solar panels.
- Do you live in a monument? Then you cannot participate in this promotion. Not sure if you live in a moment or have questions about your options? Go to the Sustainable Heritage Desk page.
Nationally protected cityscape
Previously, it was not allowed to lay panels on roof surfaces adjacent to the public space in the Rijksbeschermde cityscape in Amsterdam Noord. This is because these areas have a high cultural-historical and urban development value. But in addition to preserving our heritage, making our city more sustainable is necessary. We also want to benefit as much as possible from solar energy. We are therefore starting a trial in Noord to see how this goes. If it is a success, the other districts will follow.
