Children’s drawings inspired Budapest’s latest mural
The collection of wall paintings in the capital has been growing in recent years, and recently a new work has been added, the XI. district.
Everyday Goddesses – women, girls in everyday life Színes Város Group and Budapest Brand Nonprofit Zrt announced a joint art competition in May.
As part of the drawing competition, the children had the opportunity to show it what female roles they see in everyday lifeand if i could what super power would that female person be givenwho plays an important role in their lives.
The Hungarian visual artists Zsuzsi Bakos and Enikő Váczy, inspired by the winning entries, were born as a result of the XI. district, Szerémi út 1-2. legal mural work below, which surface is the property of MÁV.
As is typical of Zsuzsi Bakos’s characters, this graphic design also has the nice, playful figures they easily attract the eye, and are mostly reminiscent of cartoon or comic book heroes.
The mural under Szerémi út 2 was completed in 5 days.
Painting the other pillar opposite the bridge, at number 1 Szerémi út Enikő Váczy, visual artist is attributed to him. The construction took place over 8 days, during which 67 liters of paint were used.
