Help with planning for neighborhood budget
The Zuid district likes walk-in consultation hours in the Burgemeester Tellegenbuurt and in the Schinkelbuurt about the neighborhood budget. Residents, entrepreneurs and organizations can submit plans for their neighborhood until Monday 21 November. They get help during the walk-in consultation hours to forge their idea into a plan. There is also a neighborhood meeting for advice.
Over the past two months, the Zuid district has had many discussions with residents about their ideas for the neighbourhood. These ideas can now be made concrete so that a plan can be formed on the website www.buurtbudgetzuid.amsterdam.nl. See here for ways to discuss your neighborhood budget plans.

Neighborhood budgets
As a resident, you know better than anyone what it takes to make this neighborhood even cozier or greener. That is why the Zuid district will make € 100,000 available in 2023 for residents to develop in the neighbourhood. There is now a neighborhood budget for the Schinkelbuurt and the Burgemeester Tellegenbuurt. Previously, the Buitenveldert-East and Rijnbuurt-West neighbourhoods, among others, also received 100,000 euros. The residents do not devise the plans, but also determine which plans receive money by voting. It will take place from Monday 6 to Monday 20 February 2023.
