Immediately with eight reinforcements from the A team, Sparta Prague’s reserve took on the FORTUNA: NATIONAL LEAGUE leader from Lišně. Milan Valachovič’s men fought hard in yesterday’s morning match in Prague and after a goalless draw brought a well-deserved point from the capital.

Those who expected goal throws in the match were wrong. Most of the time was played in the middle of the field and each team sent only three to the opponent’s goal. “The tempo of the game was slower from the first minute. It was not a very attractive match for spectators. It was mostly played between the 16 and there weren’t many chances to be seen,” Spartan coach Michal Hornák told the club’s website.
On the home side, the Bulgarian striker Martin Minčev and Lukáš Juliš threatened, but both failed on the excellent catcher Tomáš Vajner. Líšeň had the best chance right at the beginning of the game, when Martin Zikl’s shot from the edge of the small area was deflected by home goalkeeper Vojtěch Vorl.
Zbrojovka defeated unconverted chances and Krejčí in the duel with Sparta. She lost 0:4
The final draw suited the balanced match. “Because we had reinforcements from A, I expected a different course of the match. We should have pressed more into the box and into the finish. On the other hand, we competed against the team that is first in the table and has high ambitions,” added Horňák.
The football players from Lišeň managed to score points after two losses in a row. In the next round, they travel to Opava, which lost 0:1 in Karviná on Saturday with a goal from the 96th minute. The twelfth round match is scheduled for Friday from five o’clock in the afternoon.
