Masná: Apartment in the center of Prague for sale for 56 million
The apartment has an area of 175 square meters, the layout is 3+1 and the ceilings are up to five meters high, so its original owner had a lot of space to play around in it. Through the glass door you enter the spacious living room connected to the dining room, from where you can also enter the open but separate kitchen. Huge studio and French windows provide plenty of light.
At first glance, the presence of gold color catches the eye, which permeates the entire apartment. The living room is dominated by a large golden and richly decorated Rococo-style mirror guarding the statues of two half-naked black women dressed in gold and standing on golden plinths. In the bedroom, the gold can be found on the tape on the wall and on the antique lamp above the bed in an unconventional way. The golden shine will dazzle visitors in the bathroom as well – the free-standing bathtub has golden legs, the shower, the cabinet, and even the taps are also gold!
The walls are covered with the most bizarre paintings, which take up most of the space in the central room, from the art it is possible to see other sculptures in the apartment – for example, two sitting ones are located directly above the couch.
In contrast, in the apartment, next to the antique pieces, there are also modern ones – right next to the golden mirror we can find a modern lamp, next to the art nouveau wardrobe there is a minimalist chest of drawers. The apartment is also equipped with modern conveniences. “The air-conditioned kitchen is equipped with the best appliances. The apartment is a smart home system and security device, the heating is handled by a broker’s boiler,” says real estate agent Daniela Svatková from Svoboda & Williams, who is in charge of selling the apartment.
In addition, the apartment also has a terrace partially covered by a pergola, from which it will have a new view of the most beautiful center of Prague – Masná street is located just a short distance from the Old Town Square. However, they have to prepare an astronomical 56 million crowns for this.
