Holiday brings departure from session in fall on Lisbon stock exchange – Bolsa
The Lisbon stock exchange organized this Wednesday’s session in the red. The PSI yields 0.58% to 5,494.21 points, with almost a full loss. In the first minutes of trading, 12 were down and three remained unchanged from the closing price of the previous session.
Leading the losses was Greenvolt, with a 1.52% decline, followed closely by Jerónimo Martins – the company with the most weight in the Portuguese market – to yield 1.28%. Altri (-1.06%) and Sonae (-1.04%) recorded drops of more than 1%.
Among the lightest is Mota-Engil, which today distributes an extraordinary dividend of 1.725 cents per share to shareholders. The construction company drops 0.18%. On the other hand, the good performance of oil in international markets prevents Galp Energia from falling sharply. Oil appreciation 0.24%. For the rest, according to the stock market weights, EDP Renováveis and BCP both fell by 0.45%. EDP, on the other hand, dropped 0.53%. Navigator, REN and Semapa remained unchanged in the first minutes of trading.
