Referring to the leak of files stolen from Sedena by the alleged group of hackers called “Guacamaya”, the president maintained that there is nothing that the government hides and said data has already been revealed by the executive himself.
In the presence of the governor of the State of Mexico, Alfredo del Mazo, who had millionaire accounts discovered in Andorra and Switzerland, the president stated that the 4T government is transparent in all its operations.
“It is a government very exposed to public scrutiny, because can you imagine the party that our corrupt adversaries would have if they found out that we have accounts in Switzerland, in Andorra or departments in New York or Miami, or at least here in Santa Fe or in Las Lomas?”, he questioned, giving a subtle blow to the Mexican governor.
Regarding the supposed espionage of the army to some journalists, the president stated that this activity does not exist; however, he urged those who investigate the cases to present evidence and file the corresponding complaints before the law.
“About the alleged surveillance of two journalists or the system that was acquired, all the information will be given […] But, in addition, if you have already filed a complaint, then let the prosecution also do the same.”
During the morning conference, the governor of the State of Mexico, Alfredo del Mazo Maza, who left the National Palace scratched, presented the works adjacent to the Felipe Ángeles International Airport that will connect with the Mexican entity.
In this sense, he affirmed that work is being done on the expansion of Mexibús I, which will connect directly with the AIFA, the Macrolibramiento Mexiquense (Insurgentes-Servant of the Nation), the Siervo de la Nación highway, Toluca-Naucalpan, Tultepec-Pirámides, the Servant of the Nation Extension, the Oriente Connection and the Mexiquense Macrolibramiento (Western and Eastern sections).
In case you didn’t remember
In an investigation by the Spanish newspaper El País, it was revealed that Alfredo del Mazo had an account in Andorra with 1.5 million euros, equivalent to 35 million pesos, money that was frozen in 2015 by the Andorran authorities for alleged crime of money laundering; however, the funds were released when the case was filed, according to judicial sources in the newspaper.
