San Marino, successor for the first judo stage with maestro Amorosi

The first training internship organized by the San Marino Kata School and the San Marino Federation FJLAS took place on Saturday 1 October in the Ex Mesa gym in Serravalle.
The lesson was held by an excellence of Italian judo, the Maestro Cesare Amorosi, coach of medalized couples at the World Championships, federal kata teacher and FIJLKAM teacher with two of his medaled athletes Laura Bugo and Barbara Bruniwhile the organization of the event was handled by the Kata School and Sabrina Giglia, Alberto Beligotti and Marco Brasini.
Object of the training is the study of some judo kata, pre-established formal exercises of attack and defense, with the aim of explaining the essence and principles of the techniques.
Numerous athletes, from 13 to 70 years old, from Emilia Romagna, Marche and San Marino participated in the internship, who filled with their great passion the entire mattress of the Ex Mesa gym from 9:00 to 18:00.
In addition to the techniques, there was no shortage historical and cultural references that have made this formative moment extremely rich and importantthus responding to the goal of the kata school: to become a center of aggregation for the whole district in which to deepen the study of the kata conceived by the founder of judo Jigoro Kano.
The National Judo School of the San Marino Federation FJLAS and is part of the School on Saturdays starting every morning for free in the last month, in the Ex Mesa gym and is open for those wishing to spend a practicing judo.
