Toulouse: a new chief of staff for the mayor Jean-Luc Moudenc
Paul Bouscatel succeeds Arnaud Mounier, in the strategic post of chief of staff to the mayor of Toulouse.
Jean-Luc Moudenc, mayor of Toulouse and president of Toulouse-Métropole, has appointed Paul Bouscatel as director of cabinet for the town hall of Toulouse and Toulouse Métropole.
Originally from the Tarn, with a university education in Geography at Toulouse II and at the Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg, Paul Bouscatel joined Jean-Luc Moudenc’s office in 2021. He was in charge of economic and sports files. He is not related to René Bouscatel, the former president of Stade Toulousain, and current president of the National Rugby League.
Originally from Tarn, formerly of Nice Métropole
After starting his career in a consulting firm, he joined the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis in 2009, initially within the economic department, then within the General Services Department, then with the 1st Deputy Philippe Pradal in 2013-2014. He finally joined the Nice National Interest Market, as director between 2015 and 2021, when he returned to Toulouse.
Paul Bouscatel succeeds Arnaud Mounier, as chief of staff to the mayor of Toulouse. Arnaud Mounier has been hired as deputy managing director of the semi-public company which brings together the Cité de l’espace and L’Envol des Pionniers, Semeccel. He will be the deputy director general of the Cité de l’espace, Jean-Baptiste Desbois.
