State exhibition on Franconia is well received
Ansbach
According to the exhibition team, the result of the visitor survey, in which around 13,000 people have taken part so far, is also pleasing. Accordingly, 82 percent of the exhibition liked the exhibition well or very well. The proportion of those who came to Ansbach in Central Franconia especially for the state exhibition was just as large. The exhibition lasts until November 6th.
On around 1000 square meters in the orangery and the town church of St. Gumbertus, this explores the question of what makes the region in northern Bavaria so special. With 150 exhibits, it primarily shows the diversity of Franconia, but also plays with clichés and prejudices. Nine Franconian regions between the Middle Ages and 1800 are illuminated. However, there are also references to the present.
