MHR-Toulouse: a strong return to Montpellier, which team to face Stade Toulousain?
While Stade Toulousain plans to blow some executives, the MHR should field the best possible team for their clash this Sunday, October 2 (9:05 p.m.) at the end of the 5th day.
While Stade Toulousain trains without some of its internationals including the best player in the world Antoine Dupont, the MHR is preparing with an expanded workforce. Spared last week, the second line Paul Willemse and the third line Alexandre Becognee apply this time to face the first of the general classification this Sunday, October 2 (9:05 p.m.). Weight returns for staff.
Facing the Rouge et Noir, the Saint-André-Elissalde-Azam trio should field a team without surprises. Enzo Forletta, Simon-Pierre Chauvac, Brandon Paenga Amosa, Vincent Giudicelli, Mohamed Haouas and Titi Lamositele should share playing time on the front line. For their part, the pillars Grégory Fichten (knee) and Henry Thomas (ankle) are in rehabilitation, while the hooker Jérémie Maurouard takes care of his hamstrings.
On the bench against Pau (43-17), Florian Verhaeghe, Yacouba Camara and Zach Mercer had to find a starting place. The third lines Marco Tauleigne and Masivesi Dakuwaqa, returned against the Béarnais, will compete with Clément Doumenc and Janse Van Rensburg for a place on the bench. The second line Bastien Chalureau, victim of an accmio against Bordeaux-Bègles (29-19), is in the recovery phase. His return is expected in mid-October.

Return from Reinach?
Deprived for several more weeks of centers Jan Serfontein, Geoffrey Doumayrou and Arthur Vincent, the Montpellier staff should not upset their three-quarter line. The Garbisi-Darmon association in the center satisfies, as does the Coly-Carbonel hinge and the Rattez-Bouthier-Ngandebe rear triangle. Winger Ben Lam, still suffering from hamstrings, is out.
The main question is around the composition of the substitutes. Will the staff favor a bench with six forwards and two three-quarters? Or five forwards and three three quarters? Have.
Good news for the MHR, the Springbok Cobus Reinach, hit in the shoulder last August and in the South African squad this summer, has been back in Montpellier since last Sunday. The postulates for the reception of Toulouse. With the Boks, Reinach played only eight short minutes over the two months of competition.
Finally, All Blacks rookies Karl Tu’inukuafe (left pillar) and George Bridge (winger) are respectively expected on October 1 and at the end of October.
