The car dealership owner Boris L. was shot dead in Ledeburg on September 5th. His lawyer spoke after the fact of a “contract killing”. A trial took place in the Hanover Regional Court on Monday, in which the 43-year-old victim should have testified as a witness.
Hanover. Boris L. (43) was scheduled to testify before the 20th civil chamber in the Hanover district court on Monday. But he was shot dead on September 5 in his Ledeburg car dealership with two well-aimed shots from a short distance.
Two things are known for the murder victim’s lawyer, Michael Fürst: “My client had to die because he was a decent guy. Under he should not testify in the district court.” In the beginning, the district court was concerned with whether the Czech plaintiff may reclaim a private loan of 150,000 euros from the defendant (also from the Ukraine). The murder victim positioned himself clearly in the legal dispute, says Fürst. Boris L. testified: “I saw how the money was handed over to me at home.” And L.’s wife also testified, says the lawyer.
