“Community center Louka functions primarily as a meeting place, organization of educational activities, and also as a space for passing on knowledge and experience,” said councilor JUDr. Petr Lachnit.
That is also why several groups have been established in the community center Louka, which are dedicated to handicrafts, painting, and a sewing club has been operating here for a long time, where skilled ladies meet and actively participate in the creation of beautiful products in their free time.
The summer was full of creative workshops and a lot of nice works came out of them. At the painting meeting, large-format paintings were created that will decorate the social space of Raudnitz’s house. At the sculpture workshop, seniors created, for example, sculptures and jewelry stands for the Konírna Community Center.
She will definitely not be idle even in autumn, and the seamstresses from the Louka Community Center are preparing a pleasant surprise. Back to Raudnitz’s house, this time in the form of fairy-tale characters. And so you can soon look forward to, for example, the elf Raudničáček. A big thank you goes to our seniors for all the activity and help in the community centers, because their results show that they really have handy hands.
