Ballerina shoes: – Coming back for full
The case has advertising links that give VG income. The editors prioritize regardless of this.
On MinMote you will find cases with advertisement links where you can either buy the products we have mentioned or compare prices. We believe this is relevant information for our readers.
Which products MinMote should write about and what we should write about them are chosen by journalists and no one else. But it is also important that you know that if you click on such an ad link for price comparison at Prisjakt, or buy a product after you click through to a store from one of our articles, MinMote makes money.
These advertisement links are always marked with «ad link».
These are important products to highlight when we mention them on MinMote, then it is because we think it is journalistically interesting. No one can buy publicity in our stuff.
In tests or product guides, the main rule in VG is that we buy or borrow the product. If this is not practically possible, we base the review on product samples we have been sent. If so, we will inform you about which product and why.
The cute, flat shoes are making a comeback!
August wrote the fashion bible Vogue that «this autumn the ballerina shoe is going to be big», and it would seem that they were quite right.
Because if there’s one thing we see a lot of on Instagram during the day, it’s ballerina shoes.
When MinMote participated in Copenhagen Fashion Week in August, several cool ladies had thrown themselves into the trend. Among other things, they had styled the cute, little shoes with long, white dresses with wide sleeves.
The Norwegian fashion profile Nina Sandbech is among those who hint that the shoe is making a comeback quite soon.
– They come back to the fullest, she says to MinMote.
Sandbech herself has had several pairs of the ballerina shoes before, but now it looks like she has to update her shoe wardrobe again.
– They are comfortable and easy to pack. They don’t make too much of an appearance and don’t take all the attention in an outfit.
She herself has put out a few in knee-high pink.
– I had styled them with either an outfit consisting of basic garments such as jeans, singlet and jacket, or went for a full look consisting of pink from head to toe. Real barbiecore!
Barbiecore
These pink ballerina shoes go hand in hand with the barbiecore trend we’ve been wearing a lot lately.

Sandbech also highlights the ballerina shoes for Miu Miu, which have received a lot of attention on TikTok recently. These are probably most reminiscent of the ballerina shoes we know so well, with their satin material and characteristic ribbons. However, the shoes from Miu Miu do not tie around the ankle, but rather have bands over the instep of the foot.
Ballerina shoes might be a little easier to use on warmer days, but we’ve put together several stylish shoes with warm socks and together with autumn-friendly garments.
Some also use shoes to add some color to the outfit.
