Election 2022 | We will not cut the cycle lanes, Pirt Komrskov, the second candidate for the election
Komrskov is therefore going to fight for the mayor from the second city. Instead, I think it would be better to roof over the roadway, mn.
What do you think are the main problems of the capital?
The whole of Prague is currently suffering from a lack of parking spaces. And that both in elementary, middle and maternity schools. In the case of medium bikes, the fact that there is no low yield is added to this. In Prague, there is also a lot of pressure on high schools. This is caused, among other things, by the fact that the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the past tried to make sure that there was as much education as possible, so the gymnasium did not develop so much. In the last few years, Prague has created 500 new gymnasium towns, and in the future, in cooperation with the Stedo region, another two thousand towns are being discussed.
A long-term issue is, of course, the installation of new wheels. But how does the situation eit te now?
eenm are buildings. Building a new wheel is not at all easy due to the lack of land. Another thing is the maximum sweat in these clothes. But for me as a mother, this is not a special one.
In the case of mental contact centers for drug addicts or the completion of the Praská circuit, there are disagreements between the mayor and the city councils. How do you perceive it? Is it just communication or is the problem somewhere else?
The reserves in communication are there, we won’t lie to ourselves, no. I think that with important buildings, such as the Prask circuit, which significantly affects the whole of Prague, it is not appropriate to chase political points. In these matters, the first thing should be the fear. This is also the downfall of contact centers for drug addicts. I have personal experience with Mr. John, who is in charge of the social area at the municipality, and I consider his wife to be very chaotic.
Chaotic in em?
I have a lot of experience in urban areas. In our country, there is a ton of black churches. Mr. Johnov was here about a year ago, thinking there might be a container wall. we didn’t have a full day, because right next door we have another institution that runs a master’s degree for homeless people. Even so, we agreed, but so far, absolutely nothing is happening. Similarly, the so-called Studentsk dm, where we accommodated students, runs from here. He was angry with the magistrate and wanted to use it as an asylum center for women. For a year, the DM is managed by the magistrate, but the center is nowhere to be found. Efforts to decentralize these services seem inconceivable to me.
So how should the municipality negotiate the cost of new contact centers for drug addicts?
When I have to step back somewhere and explain to those people that such a service will be created in their neighborhood, I have to offer those people something in return. It’s the same as when a developer wants to build a house somewhere. Someone will always rise up against construction. But if the city center has a vision of how the developer should and could write to the public space, then it would be much better to talk to those people about it. For example, the magistrate needs to place an addiction service here, period, but for that we want a new children’s hit for you people. And win vichni.
In your opinion, is it appropriate to support the development of bicycle transport in the city at the expense of automobiles?
Of the two, it is necessary to respect that we are for any type of transport. We only take cycle lanes or cycle paths. An ideal option would be to separate the cycle lanes by construction, which is usually not possible in Prague. I can’t imagine that we would support only one type of transport, that’s why as a mother with two children I can’t ride a bicycle. However, I’m all for the fact that – when someone rides that bike – he should have his own lane, because otherwise it would be dangerous. So we support cycle lanes and we will not dn ruit.
Prague has one of the cheapest public transport systems in Europe. However, with the energy crisis, the costs of its operation are increasing. How should the city approach the road?
Humanly, I can’t imagine that in the age of turbulent energy, gasoline and everything else, that urban public transport would become necessary. So I’m in favor of an unchangeable ride. Instead, I think it would be better to roof over the road. Not when you can afford to buy a coupon right away, and when you buy it month by month for a whole year, then you end up paying. However, it is technically not possible for now.
Prague is facing a housing crisis. The apartment is cheap, they are expensive and the rents in them are so high. How is the LK for this situation?
As for the construction of new German apartments, we have a newly established Praská development company. For example, he has now undertaken the construction of an apartment building in the Bohemians locality, where construction has been permitted for many years. From my experience, the company communicates and negotiates with the city councils for a long time, which is a good way to build effectively. In our program, we would like to achieve that by 2030, at least 500 new apartments will be built every year.
Both the municipality and the city council have a surplus of vacant city apartments. How to make the use of municipal housing funds more efficient?
It’s quite simple. The trick is to invest in repairs as much as possible. Therefore, the unfavorable condition is the most dangerous yard, because they are empty. There is also a need to speed up the pace of those reconstructions and, as a result, be accessible to people. I eat him too enormous.
The darkness that haunts all of Europe is the energy crisis. Prague owns 100% in Prask plynrensk and 100% in Prask energetice. Is there any way the city can mitigate the effects of this crisis on its residents?
The magistrate will help me with the municipal road, which ultimately has an impact on the end customer. And in two ways. One way is to place photovoltaic panels on city buildings, typically on wheels. We therefore propose to provide parking and place solar panels on these roofs. Thanks to the people with this, the magistracy can also help me through the Prague renewable energy company. I’m asking for free help with a lot of subsidies. With photovoltaics, Prague already had a lot going for it.
