News, Local Sports | Robin (35) is one of 25,000: – Never been better trained yet
On Friday, Robin Amundsen sets the course for a capital that many Norwegians love. And the Narviking feels in the running shape of his life ahead of the departure for Denmark.
To Copenhagen
– I’m going to Copenhagen on Friday to take part in the Copenhagen half-marathon (just over 21 kilometers) this weekend. I represent Narvik IL and am among the around 25,000 registered. All of these participate in the half marathon. I have never been better trained until now, and have a goal of running down to 1.13. It will be a solid personal record, he says.

When asked which location is possible, Amundsen says:
Time matters most
– It is quite difficult to say. Maybe top 100. Regardless, the time means that I have room for me as an exerciser in such a large international race.
The race takes place on Sunday morning and can be followed on NRK2. According to the well-trained men from Narvik, a lot of professional athletes from Kenya and Ethiopia will participate along with good Europeans.
– Løypa is healthy, and I am looking forward to this, which is the big goal of the harvest, concludes the 35-year-old.
