Russian Coal implements security programs – News of metallurgy
In the 2nd quarter of 2022, at the Sayano-Partizansky open pit (an asset of Russian Coal in the Krasnoyarsk Territory), a modern domestic automated accounting system “1C: ERP Mining Industry” was introduced. The program is designed for comprehensive medical care, management and warehouse accounting, as well as planning the activities of the enterprise.
“The ERP Production and Management Injuries Project has been successfully operating at the Kirbinsky open pit in Khakassia for two years now. The result was a significant improvement in the quality of technological processes and an improvement in the quality of enterprise management. In the future, it is planned to introduce the system at other enterprises of the holding,” says Sergey Chernov, director of the information technology department at Russian Coal.
Thanks to ERP, the efficiency of managing sales, logistics, repair and operation of mining equipment has increased, and the efficiency of obtaining effective data makes it possible to control production processes, fuel processing and manage finished products: warehousing, transportation, coal sales.
Also, a new automated satellite monitoring system “Vialon” was introduced at the Sayano-Partizanskaya open pit. It monitors the operation of large-sized tires of mining trucks, prevents increased wear, downtime and equipment breakdowns. The program offers the possibility of using the main measurement parameters in real time, allows you to adjust for the slightest deviations and generates appropriate reports. This allows you to prevent emergency situations and, thus, significantly increase the efficiency and safety of production processes.
