Start research into the impact of corona on health of adults and the elderly. How are the residents of Amsterdam-Amstelland doing after six months of corona? The corona crisis has affected everyone’s lives. the GGD Amsterdam maps the consequences of the corona period on the health, lifestyle and well-being of residents aged 18 and older. With the results, municipalities, the GGD and other government agencies determine the health policy for the years.
Nearly 40,000 randomly selected people from Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Uithoorn, Aalsmeer, Diemen and Ouderkerk aan de Amstel are invited to participate in this survey. From 16 September 2022, they will receive a letter inviting them to participate in the study. The questionnaire contains various topics, such as health, well-being, lifestyle, participation and corona. The investigation will run until early December.
