Air Moldova will enter the route Prague Chisinau, it will fly three times a week
Wizz Air already flies on the same route.
A second carrier will enter the route between Prague and Chisinau. After the low-cost airline Wizz Air, the national airline Air Moldova will also start flying from Prague Airport to the capital of Moldova. The direct regular line will be in operation from October 30, three times a week, always on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. In addition to Prague, the carrier will also fly to Georgia’s Tbilisi and Poland’s Warsaw during the winter flight schedule.
Tickets are already on sale in the airline’s reservation system. A return ticket in the cheapest tariff costs approximately 162 euros, i.e. less than four thousand crowns. However, the tariff does not include checked baggage in the price. When choosing a more expensive tariff with luggage, the passenger will pay about 200 euros for a return ticket, which in conversion is almost five thousand crowns. Planes will always take off from Prague at 8:50 a.m., and take off from Chisinau at 7 a.m. Let it last two hours.
Air Moldova’s base in Chisinau currently uses three aircraft, all produced by a European manufacturer. These are two Airbus A320s and one smaller A319. The average age of these machines is 18 years. The carrier currently flies to 16 destinations.
