The coalition Together for Prague has the greatest electoral potential before the municipal elections in Prague. Her choice is considered by 38.5 percent of voters. In Brno, the coalition of ODS and TOP 09 has the best chance, while in Ostrava the ANO movement. This follows from the results of a survey published on Sunday, September 4, which for Czech television carried out by the agencies DataCollect and Kantar CZ.
Electoral potential to offer how many percent of votes a political entity could get if all the voters considering its election voted for it. Therefore, the total may not be 100 percent, as people may consider choosing more than one party.

In the capital, the coalition Together for Prague, which unites the Citizen Democrats, TOP 09 and People’s Party, has the greatest potential. She could get up to 38.5 percent of the vote. They are followed by the Pirates with 28 percent and the YES movement with 25 percent. According to the survey, the fourth Prague association has the potential to win up to 22 percent, and 20 percent of voters are considering choosing the STAN movement. All other entities in the capital have an electoral potential of less than 10 percent.
In Brno at the turn of August, the Společné group had the best prospects of winning the elections – ODS and TOP 09. According to the survey, it has the potential of 34 percent, which is one percentage point more than the second coalition KDU-ČSL and STAN. The third largest potential, 23 percent, is shown by the ANO movement. The Pirates follow with 20 percent, and the top five is rounded off by the coalition of the Greens, Žít Brno and Idealists with a potential of 15.5 percent.
In Ostrava, ANO has the strongest position before the municipal elections. 39 percent of respondents are considering giving him their vote. the Ostravak movement with a potential of 21.5 percent and the Spolu coalition, uniting ODS, KDU-ČSL and TOP 09, with 19 percent. The SPD movement gives the survey a potential of 17 percent and the Starostom pro Ostrava 15.5 percent.
The agencies collected data for the survey between August 22 and September 2. Over 1,000 respondents were surveyed in each city.
