Saturday evening in the center of Prague will belong to runners. Cars and drivers have to get out of the way

The big running event in the streets of Prague is back again. Adidas Women’s Run 5 km and Birell Run 10 km Prague and start already on Saturday, September 3. Up to ten thousand runners will be on the streets of the metropolis, which will require certain restrictions in the form of traffic closures.
Race organizers they prepared overview even all restrictions and thanked all the people of Prague for understanding the difficulties associated with the course of the races.
Traffic measures on 2 and 3 September 2022
The ban on stopping will be valid from 9/2 from 6 p.m. to 9/3 until midnight in Hybernská Street and on náměstí Republiky, and from 9/2 from 10 p.m. to 9/3 until midnight in Na Příkopě street.
On Saturday 3.9. between 12:00 and 11:00 p.m., the stopping ban will apply to Revoluční streets, nab. Edvard Beneš, nab. Capt. Jaroše (in the section Štefánikův most – Dukelské hrdinů), Dvořák embankment and Rohanské embankment.
In case of non-observance of the stopping ban, drivers risk having their vehicle towed.
What to do in case of towing
The organizer informs that if the vehicle has been towed, on the website www.sshmp.cz it is possible to find out, after entering the registration number, in which towing parking lot the car is located. Alternatively, you can call the telephone number of the Municipal Police in Prague, line 156, where vehicle owners can tell you which towing lot a specific vehicle is located at.
