Another concert in Budapest by Rammstein (video)
The German rock band will perform at the Puskás Arena on July 11, 2023.
Mixing hard rock and industrial metal with electronics, the band known for its provocative lyrics and pyrotechnic shows last visited Hungary in 2011, when it performed at the Papp László Budapest Sportarena.
Next year’s tour starts on May 22 in the Lithuanian capital, Vilnius, and ends in Brussels in August. According to the information, Rammstein will build a huge stage at the tour locations, and in keeping with the band’s traditions
the show abounds in pyrotechnic solutions.
The German band is playing in front of a Hungarian audience for the fifth time: in 1998 they performed at the Sziget festival, and in 2005, 2010 and 2011 at the Sportarena with great success.
Several signs pointed to the upcoming performance in Hungary
As it is Index also reported, it could be guessed that the band will also tour Hungary in 2023. On the last stop of their European tour this year, Rammstein said goodbye to the audience in Ostend on August 4 by “See you in 2023!”, while the flags of several countries appeared on the projector, including the Hungarian tricolor. And this gave the fans reason to be confident, the portal recalled.
Rammstein, founded in 1994, is famous for its extremely spectacular concerts: the members regularly use flamethrowers that can be attached to their mouths during performances, Till Lindemann sings while “for example” with the help of flamethrowers attached to arms, and microphones, guitars, keyboards often catch fire, sparks are thrown from boots and drumsticks.
The band has made eight studio albums so far: a Your hearts In 1995, the He’s thirsty In 1997, the Mumble In 2001, the His journey, his journey In 2004, the Rosenrot In 2005, the Liebe ist für alle da In 2009, an untitled material in 2019, a Zeit and it was published this year.
Rammstein consists of Till Lindemann (vocals, harmonica), Richard Kruspe (guitar, vocals), Paul Landers (guitar, vocals), Oliver Riedel (bass), Christoph Schneider (drums, percussion) and Christian “Flake” Lorenz (keyboards, trumpet ) ) is included.
