Due to stones and mud on the tracks near Prague, the Posázavský motoráček did not run
The railway line near Prague, on which a large amount of mud and stones piled up due to a strong storm on the evening of Friday, August 26, remained impassable even during Saturday, when the clearing work will continue. Stones also engulfed the car with the driver, who had to be helped out by passers-by.

Before 6 p.m. in the locality of Jarov near Dolní Břežany, the water washed the fallen material not only onto the tracks, but also onto the road in the neighborhood, leading through the Břežanské údolí along the Vltava from Prague’s Komořany to Vrané nad Vltavou. One car was partially hit by the stones. The woman who was inside was helped out by witnesses; escaped without serious injury.
Traffic stopped on the line between Prague-Zbraslav and Vraný nad Vltava. Even in the evening, professionals and volunteer firefighters and employees of the Railway Administration started to clean up; however, it will be necessary to continue on Saturday as well. According to the information of the track manager, the resumption of traffic depends on the progress of the works.
Trains on lines S8 and S88 were replaced by a replacement bus service, which was provided during Friday evening. The Posázavské motoráček trains Sp 1276 and Sp 1277 have been canceled without compensation (or rightly so) on their entire route between Prague’s main railway station and Týnec nad Sázavou on Saturday. This is a historic “excursion” train operated by KŽC Doprava, but included in the PID traffic service system.
