More than 2,490 people who fled to the Czech Republic before the war in Ukraine have been treated in FTN as part of ambulatory health care. Women from Ukraine are also provided with various gynecological examinations and prenatal care, and a total of 66 births have already been performed.
FTN also has several so-called UA Points for adults and children from Ukraine. Most often, Ukrainian patients come with various problems, back pain, bladder infections, colds or high blood pressure.
On average, up to 20 people come to UA Point (pavilion A1 – adults) per day, but traditionally before the weekend there are also 30 patients. The vast majority of Ukrainian patients are properly insured. General examinations at FTN take place 24 hours a day and without major problems and complications.
