From September 24th to 25th, 2022 the Veggie World in Frankfurt instead of. Numerous exhibitors present vegan products and innovations in the Fredenhagen Spaces. In addition, visitors can look forward to a diverse supporting program.
Exhibitors show the colorful diversity of the vegan lifestyle
Around 80 exhibitors quickly present 1,500 vegan products. Visitors can look forward to a colorful mix of milk and meat alternatives, superfood, sweets, drinks, as well as clothing, accessories, cosmetics, services and projects.
Consumption trend vegan sweets
“We are currently observing a major trend in the area of vegan confectionery. This mirror is also reflected at VeggieWorld in Frankfurt,” comments project manager Linda Schäfer. The VeggieWorld exhibitors show the great diversity of the segment: high-quality pralines, baking mixes, nougat bars, chocolate bars, macarons, raw food cakes, chocolate lentils, healthy date pralines, ice cream and much more.
On stage: live cooking shows and vegan influencers
With Lea Green, Sebastian Copien and Alex Flohr, the well-known faces of the vegan scene are represented with cooking shows on the VeggieWorld stage. The shows are about vegan seafood, nutrition tips for beginners and the right vegan wine for a plant-based meal. In his lecture, the Berlin bestselling author, nutrition expert and YouTube influencer Niko Rittenau will talk about the most important basics of a healthy vegan diet for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children and will be signing his books at the Ventil Verlag booth. Katrin and Daniel from the successful vegan running blog beVegt reveal how vegan hobby athletes can change the world.
New location in the Rhine-Main area: VeggieWorld in Fredenhagen for the first time
VeggieWorld has been in the Rhine-Main area since 2011 and celebrated its tenth edition at the last event in 2020 in Wiesbaden. This year it will take place for the first time in the event location Fredenhagen near Frankfurt. The Fredenhagen industrial building, which is more than 100 years old, is one of the most characteristic event locations in the entire Rhine-Main area with its space, location and powerful charisma. “The move to Frankfurt opens up new opportunities for us. We are confident that our community from Wiesbaden and the surrounding area will remain loyal to us and will also visit VeggieWorld in Fredenhagen,” comments Wellfairs Managing Director Hendrik Schellkes.
ProVeg as a stronger partner
ProVeg was the idea generator and co-initiator of VeggieWorld in 2011 and is still the patron and close cooperation partner of the organizer. ProVeg is the first global nutrition organization to promote a plant-based lifestyle. In lectures on the VeggieWorld stage and at the ProVeg booth, the team will provide information about the mission and current projects of the organization.
