The most significant storms from the south are now moving into the Central Bohemia region. Ninety percent of the lightning in these thunderstorms is also directed toward the ground, so watch out for those as well.

According to the ČHMÚ, another potentially dangerous situation is emerging in Příbramské, Rokycanské and Plzeňské. Intense thunderstorms are almost motionless. “Expect locally heavy rainfall and wind gusts. We are preparing an alert in a few moments, we will give it shortly,” they said on these Twitter at 21:00.
The most dangerous situation occurred in the evening in southern Bohemia (around 19:00), where thunderstorms formed on the convergence line. As a result, they could pass over the given places in a so-called row and cause local torrential rainfall.
