378,700 euros is the median sale price of an old house In Toulouse. That’s what the notaries of the Coup d’Appel of Toulouse were unveiled on Friday August 12 on their Twitter account. The figures dating from December 31, 2021 present the evolution of real estate prices in Toulouse and Haute-Garonne in 2021.
The top 5 highest prices in Haute-Garonne
In a publication, the notaries share data dating from December 31, 2021 on the price of median sale of old houses in Haute-Garonne. A top 5 is then unveiled:
- Balma comes first with a median price of 450,800 euros;
- Pibrac with 380,500 euros;
- Toulouse with 378,700 euros;
- Ramonville at 365,600 euros;
- Then Tournefeuille appears in fifth position with a median price of 359,200 euros.
Top 5 neighborhoods in Toulouse
In a publication of July 29, the notaries of the Court of Appeal of Toulouse also revealed the median selling price per square meter of Toulouse neighborhoods. We find first of all the Saint Etienne district with 5,710 euros per square meter. It is closely followed by the Saint-Georges district (5,450 euros per square meter) and the Capitol (5,320 euros per square meter).
