Before driving, I drank a liter of vodka at work, the driver boasted

The curious case, which fortunately did not end in injury or death, was recorded by Prague police officers on Sunday morning. This was reported by the spokesperson of the Municipal Police, Mr. m of Prague (MP Prague) Irena Seifertová.
She was driving through Lhotecká Street in Prague 12 on Sunday at a quarter to twelve in the morning in the direction of the Novodvorsk police patrol. In the opposite direction, a dark car driving with punctured tires, which was also losing parts of them, passed her.
She therefore went after him and called the driver to stop on the street of Czechoslovak Exile. A staggering man got out of the car, the rest of the tire of which had fallen off one wheel before stopping.
He willingly cooperated with the officers and submitted to a breath test. His gesticulations and incoherent speech showed that he was drunk. The question was not whether, but to what extent.
“The breath test showed a value of almost 3.5 per thousand. Shortly before noon, she took over the drunk state driver for further measures,” said Seifertová.
Even before the arrival of the police, the sinner, in an evidently good mood, boasted that he was driving from work, where he had drunk about a liter of vodka.
Police sources did not say what he looked like after he sobered up and found out that he had committed a crime based on the measured values.
