North American winger James Ellisor returned to Portugal to reinforce Benfica’s basketball team, with a contract valid for 2024.
“I expect great things. We have a good core, most of the players were in last season, so I’m sure we’ll do well. I am growing to grow with them and continue this journey.”
James Ellisor, 32, who played for the Spanish side Granada last season, thus returns to Portugal, where he has already been champion for UD Oliveirense (twice) and Sporting. During the time, the North that was American in seven trophies.
