If anything, the fact that Helene Fischer has made herself a little less common in recent months has only fueled her fans’ desire to finally see her idol live again.
Accordingly, it was easy for the organizing Leutgeb Entertainment Group to sell more than 130,000 tickets. For those who are still undecided, we will clarify the safest question before we get deep into the day of the concert: Are there still tickets?

Buying tickets for the Helene Fischer concert in Munich: Beware of scammers and supposed bargains
But be careful when buying tickets: a concert of this magnitude inevitably attracts scammers. The internet is teeming with supposedly cheap black market offers, but these are fakes. Only use official websites to buy tickets, such as Munich ticket. Also watch out for a supposed bargain. The organizer offers an additional ticket for 30 euros for a classic entry from 2 p.m. with presumably less waiting time. However, this service can only be used in conjunction with a ticket that is already available.
In any case, those who are among the 130,000 who already have a ticket are lucky. The number shows that it will be a logistical masterpiece to get all the fans to the concert on time and then back home without long waiting times. So that you don’t stray breathlessly through Munich on the way to Riem (sorry, the pun had to be there), here’s the most important information for your journey.

Helene Fischer concert in Munich: Arrival by S-Bahn and U-Bahn
The exhibition center in Munich is not super central, but rather very far out in the east of the city. Less WILL be the public transport network that YOU can use to reach the concert site. Also, when planning your journey, keep in mind that not everything that goes there also goes back at night. Here is an overview of the two public transport connections that make the most sense.
- S2 from the main train station or Ostbahnhof to Riem train station (runs in 20 minute cycle). Then walk about 20 minutes to the exhibition center.
- U2 to Messestadt-West (or East) – Attention: The subway station Messe Ost will be closed for the departure for safety reasons. Messestadt-West remains open.
- S8 to Daglfing: Particularly interesting if you are coming from the direction of the airport (see Directions & Parking below). However, it is too far to walk from here (more than 5 km). Bus line 183 runs every 20 minutes from Marienburger Straße to the exhibition center (journey time: approx. 20 minutes). The organizer also provides a shuttle bus from Daglfing to the trade fair.
Directions and parking at the Helene Fischer concert in Munich – Kiss & Ride
Danger: It is not possible to drive directly to the concert grounds in the Munich Trade Fair Centre. The only exception: Kiss & Ride. Those who also have the luxury of a personal chauffeur can consider themselves lucky. The Kiss & Ride loop is located south of the “teatro” mirror tent on Graf-zu-Castell-Straße.
Helene Fischer concert: parking
The parking spaces for the Helene Fischer concert are, as the organizer himself admits, “a little outside”. One could also say: distributed very far away in Munich, probably also to avoid that 50,000 cars in the east of Munich cause a traffic collapse. Here is an overview:
- Allianz Arena (free shuttle bus line red to the OST entrance), for Arriving from the north via the A9 from Nuremberg
- Airbus Parking South (free shuttle bus line yellow to the OST entrance), for southern Arrival via the A8 from Salzburg is ideal
- Heimstettenerstr. / Segmuller (free shuttle bus to the S-Bahn station Grub. From there take the S-Bahn S2 to Riem, then walk to the WEST entrance), for arrival from Passau via the A94
- BMW Parsdorf multi-storey car park (free shuttle bus to the S-Bahn station Grub. From there take the S-Bahn S2 to Riem, then walk to the WEST entrance), for arrival from Passau via the A94
- Munich Airport / Audi Experience Center For arrivals from the Northeast via A92 from Deggendorf
- Unterfoehring fairground and multi-storey car park (S-Bahn S8 Unterföhring – Munich/Daglfing, from there continue with the free shuttle bus line green to the event site to the OST entrance), for arrivals from the north-east via the A99
On the other hand, there are designated parking spaces for cyclists and e-scooter drivers. Taxis have their own stand. Uber drivers use the Kiss & Ride curve.
Helene Fischer in Munich: admission and entrances
When you’ve finally arrived at the Messe, all you have to do is get to the concert grounds, ideally to your seat. With 130,000 fans, that will also be a logistical masterpiece. The organizer asks all fans to be prepared for longer waiting times at the entrance and to only use the designated entrances stored in the ticket. There are the following inputs:
- Entrance EAST is located on the south exhibition grounds, north of the De Gasperi arch
- Entrance WEST is located in the west of the exhibition grounds north, north of Paul-Henri-Spaak-Strasse
- NORTH entrance is located at the temporary bridge with access to the travel and fan bus parking lot and to Hofbräuallee
- VIP entrance is located right next to the WEST car park and is available for VIP guests who want to use the included VIP parking space. However, VIP guests do not have to wait at the other entrances either, thanks to the 600-euro ticket.
If you have bought an expensive extra entry or have a Diamond ticket anyway, you can enter from 2 p.m. For everyone else, admission begins at 4 p.m. The concert started at 8 p.m. and ended around 10:30 p.m. Inside, there are various food and drink stands scattered throughout the grounds and lounge areas.
Helene Fischer concert in Munich: who plays as the opening act?
There are many speculations, you don’t know anything. The organizer is still silent, maybe, as with Gabalier, conjure up a big surprise out of a hat. At Gabalier this was called Mario Barth. With Helene Fischer, speculation ranges from her ex Florian Silbereisen to Robbie Williams, who will also appear in Munich a week later anyway.
Helene Fischer concert in Munich: Departure – how to get back home or to your car
Actually, it’s not that complicated. Like the arrival (see above), only upside down. However, you should pay attention to a few things. First of all, that with 130,000 people who want to die relatively simultaneously from the concert area via the exhibition center, there can be certain waiting times. More tips:
- who with the car and shuttle bus is stimulated, uses the same station wagon back again – Attention: Get on the right bus, otherwise you could end up at the other end of the city, color markings should help.
- die U2 runs more frequently between 4 p.m. and 1 a.m., but it is also the most obvious variant and therefore probably quite crowded, especially since the Messestadt Ost underground station closed for security reasons on departure is.
- The S-Bahn also runs more frequently between 10:30 p.m. and 1:15 a.m., but that only means: every 20 minutes.
- City shuttle buses you can also drive directly from the exhibition center in the direction of the city centre. The bus terminal is in front of the ICM at the exhibition lakepossibly the smartest alternative if you haven’t already parked in the east.
