did the number of attacks increase after Sochi? – ANHA | HAWARNEWS
The meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and President of the occupation state of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Sochi, Russia, on Friday, August 6, has ended.
As a result of the meeting, possible situations of economic relations, as well as Ukraine and problems were discussed at the meeting.
According to Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak, the leaders of the two countries agreed to sell part of Russian gas for rubles and implemented a special grain agreement signed in Istanbul, which includes unhindered exports.
In a statement issued after the meeting of the two sides, “within this initiative, the leaders are covering extensive issues in accordance with the agreement on the implementation of the sphere of trade between the two countries, which is on the agenda of bilateral relations between Turkey and Russia.” Statements on the purpose of the production were reached within the framework of the meeting. Expected impacts in the area of transport and trade, which were on the agenda of production under the contract, came true, and likely steps were found to eliminate the consequences in agriculture, industry, finance, tourism and construction.
TWO COUNTRIES NEED EACH OTHER
Both countries will be a friend in the economy. Turkey is Russia’s only option, especially given the economic consequences imposed for its actions in Ukraine. At the same time, Turkey needs Russian investments. Russia continues to export oil to Europe through the Turkish Stream pipeline, which was opened at the Putin and Erdogan festival on January 8, 2020.
Turkish Stream is one of the gas pipelines going to Turkey from Russia through the Black Sea. The purpose of this line with an annual capacity of 31.5 billion cubic meters is to supply gas to southern and southeastern Europe via Turkey, as well as Turkey.
The offshore section of the TurkStream gas pipeline extends from Anapa, Russia to Kirklareli, Turkey. The length of this line is 930 km and consists of two lines, one in Turkey, the other in Europe, and two lines with a land part of 142 and 70 km.
The most important and obvious outcome of the Sochi meeting was the conclusion of a Turkish-Russian agreement on strengthening economic cooperation. This agreement helps Russia to use Turkey for its own purposes, to soften the effects of Western cases on itself, and also allows Ankara to receive greater economic benefits.
As part of this discussion, Turkey is reducing the cost of Russian gas in rubles and will develop banking relations and interaction between the two countries of the world in currencies. This move by Russia will avoid a global collapse of the oil market in dollars, which will reduce the currency damage by setting energy prices in Turkish liras.
THE ROLE OF TURKEY IN THE WAR
Syria First Party Chairman Selman Shabib spoke to ANHA about this.
Drawing attention to the bilateral deals reached, Shebib said: “Trade, exports, exports, finance and construction, Russian gas exported to Turkey – everything will be in rubles,” he said.
In addition to the economic dossier, a criminal case was initiated against Putin and Erdogan. Turkey is putting pressure on the balance between supporting NATO and not applying a position to relations with Russia.
Although Turkey does not comply with Western sanctions against Russia, the case of the collection of Turkish drones of Ukrainian troops against Russian troops has become a knot between Ankara and Moscow. But for Russia, the economy is more important. It is possible that the recent agreements between Russia and Turkey, which violate Western sanctions, will increase the anger of the US and the West at the accusation of Turkey.
Regarding this issue of Ukraine, Selman Shabib commented: “Erdogan took advantage of this meeting and announced his invitation to Putin’s meeting with the President. This also proves the great role of Turkey in this war and the serious role of this side for different parties.”
AGREEMENT ON NORTH AND EASTERN SYRIA
According to statistics. However, it is clear that Russia can change the rules of the game in research and solve the problem between Turkey and Damascus.
The president of the invading Turkish state, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, said that during talks in Sochi, his colleague Vladimir Putin proposed a solution to the decline problem with Damascus in mind.
Responding to journalists’ questions upon his return from Sochi, Erdogan said that Putin had told him that the solution to Israeli policy would be better at a meeting of the Damascus government, and that Turkish intelligence was doing this.
Earlier, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said that the country is ready to govern with Damascus in mind if Damascus is likely to fight against the SDF.
According to observers, both sides (Russia and Turkey) are implementing the Adana agreement between the restrictions on Damascus and Turkey.
The Al Sharq Al Avsat newspaper explained the important points of the Sochi talks between Putin and Erdogan.
According to the newspaper, a high level of security is being emphasized between Damascus and Turkish officials, in connection with points regarding the Russian air defense system, which allows for an increase in the number of drone strikes according to northern and eastern statistics.
In addition, it is desirable to pave the way for Turkey to carry out possible attacks in the Til Rifaat region and put the Adana Agreement, signed between Damascus and Ankara in 1998, on the negotiating table. At the same time, the signing of the 2nd Adana Accord took place and pressured the Democratic Theory Force (SDF) to side with the Damascus resolution.
ERDOGAN TRYING TO CONTINUE THE AGREEMENT
On this occasion, Selman Shabib said: “The atmosphere of the meeting was reasonable, but the results were not special cases due to the incidents. What will happen with the invasion of Chinese territory and prepare the occupation of other regions? We can say that the results of the meeting were ineffective, as Erdogan had hoped.”
Saying that Erdogan, as always, had every opportunity, bargaining and blackmailing, to implement big and dangerous project plans for Turkey and the region, Selman Shebib said: “Of course, the situation in Ukraine and the limited needs of Russia in the role of Turkey gives impetus to Turkey. This provides an excellent opportunity. In addition, the role she now plays in the Regulations, among the requirements, with Russia, has provided many opportunities.”
Selman Shebib said: “Erdogan openly stated that high security is observed with the expectation of the Turkish population at the request of Putin and with the emergence of Russia. Erdogan is demanding permission from Russia to attack. He can come up with an excuse that the Agreements were violated by him.”
The continued attacks by the Turkish state to the north and east and the use of armed drones, that there is a conspiracy between Russia and Turkey to pressure the SDF and the autonomous administration to send concessions to the government of Damascus.
DISCUSSION OF ISSUES WITHOUT IRAN
This meeting took place a few days after the meeting in Tehran of Russia, Turkey and Iran.
However, Iran was not present at the meeting in Sochi. Iran opposed new Turkish attacks on Shahba because these areas are close to the government where its export force is located.
Shabib said: “Of course, scheduling this meeting less than a month after the Tehran meeting opens the door for many comments and analyzes of issues that need to be identified. First of all, it is reminiscent of the controversy over diseases.”
Selman Shabib returned: “This meeting was a bilateral international meeting between Russia and Turkey, there should have been parliamentary issues that concern both countries. There are dossiers on the issues, but I believe that Iran’s non-participation is an attempt to alienate Iran or weaken its role. I assume that each of the parties will inform Iran about the premises of this meeting, or rather, about those that are being hosted, on the subjects that they agreed on.”
In Astana, Shabib said: “The Astana Proliferation Process is an additional line for addressing common and security issues. Chomsky and many other countries are ubiquitous in many regions in Damascus and in the northern part. Steps have been taken in this version. However, this accident led to a split in the health situation. It’s not happening. It can be said that the political process was somewhat inefficient.”
