The police announced this on Twitter yesterday. According to them, the man was aggressive and threatened the patrol, after the procedure he was transferred to the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital.
“We started dealing with the intervention on our own initiative immediately after learning about it and at the same time we informed the General Inspection of the Security Forces (GIBS). Now the internal control department is examining the adequacy of the policeman’s intervention and what preceded it,” said the police officers.
They added that the six-time recidivist was, according to initial information, aggressive, threatened to shoot all of them and did not respond to calls.
“After the procedure, the man was taken to a psychiatric hospital in Bohnice. Disciplinary proceedings are currently being conducted against the intervening policeman,” added the police. The video of the intervention is shared by users on social networks.
