Zurich North America has from the US Department of Labor (DOL) received an award for his apprenticeship training. The insurance company based in Schaumburg, Illinois, can now use the title of Apprenticeship Ambassador. Zurich received the “Ambassador for Education” loudly media release in recognition of its exemplary apprenticeship program and role in modernizing, diversifying and expanding registered apprenticeships in the United States.
The Department of Labor’s Apprenticeship Ambassador initiative aims to create a national network of employers, workers’ organizations, industry associations, program sponsors, trainers, recruiters, community organizations and other stakeholders committed to expanding Registered Apprenticeship Programs registered training.
