With the high temperatures currently raging in the region of Toulouse, sleeping with the window open is the only solution (economical and ecological) to spend a more or less bearable night. But who says open window says noise coming from outside. And when you have a construction site next to your home, it can quickly become annoying… To the point of pulling at the rifle on the workers ?
He receives lead … in the left buttock!
The facts took place on Tuesday August 2, 2022, at Turnsheet, near Toulouse. Around 8:30 a.m., the police received a call from three workers. Very quickly, the police arrive on the scene. The victims explain that they carried out their tasks a little early, around 7 a.m., to avoid the intense heat of the afternoon.

The neighbor pulls out the rifle
But that was without counting on the determination of this neighbour, visibly bothered by the noise of the construction site… The latter met his threats to execution, came out of his garden with a rifle and shot in the direction of the three workers.
The carpenter is the only one to have been hit by the lead. The impact caused a Game which did not require necessary care.
In front of the police, the suspect initially denies. But formally identified by the three victims, this 32-year-old man was arrested. The police searched his home and found a alarm pistol, another airsoft type and an rifle, also airsoft. Of the lead balls are found next to the rifle.
Weapons destroyed
Heard by the police after the three workers filed a complaint, the 30-year-old ended up acknowledging the facts, explaining that he health problems and that he can’t stand noise.
The individual claims to regret his action. To prove it, he agreed to have the weapons he possessed destroyed.
