How and how much will it be? The city will decide on advertising on new public transport stops
Until now, the city did not own a large percentage, it was owned by a private company, JCDecaux. We wanted to buy back the original shares, but the company didn’t want to sell them, writes property management councilor Jan Chabr.
Therefore, the original pestle must now be removed and replaced by a new one that had its place made. Their form was determined by an international architectural competition.
Prague was therefore wondering whether to appoint a supplier who will run advertising at the stops. But that would mean signing a contract with Chabr for at least ten, maybe fifteen years.
After long negotiations, it was finally decided that the city would be the owner of the estates. This will now be able to influence how the ad appears on the stops. And how many will there be? It will depend on how much money the metropolis wants to get from advertising.
Advertising smog will scare me, or on the contrary, it will take longer to pay off the investment faster, the councilor said.
According to him, the original contract with JCDecaux seemed to be irresponsible. It did not contain an exit agreement, i.e. infantry mechanism. This would mean that every day all the dust would be removed and replaced with new ones, which is impossible. In the end, it came down to a gradual change of stop by stop, Chabr explained.
In Vmna the percentage will cost about 700 million
In total, it is about 700 piblin. It should be finished at the end of August. We want Prague to not have to remain without stops for a long time, said Tom Novotn, the mayor of the board of the Technology of the Capital City of Prague (THMP) company, who is in charge of the city.
The Bn stop has a drain, a toilet, a bench and a litter box. Half of them have analog advertising surfaces, but there will also be stops with digital ones. Tch will be about 200.
Star fists on stops will be the furthest where the advertisement is paid |
Inside the stops, find the display. It has the name of the stop and an info panel about crossings and departures, including the bottom. In the same way, current information about the weather can be obtained from it, thanks to the Novotn function.
The display, however, does not have all the digits, the screen will be especially on the most heated stops. The others will have separate departure panels at the stop stop, as is customary.
Self-sufficiency will not even be a garbage can. The standard requiring a minimum passage of 1.7 meters cannot be ignored. At stops where there is no such sign, there are signs of the transport company. Some of the stops are on the edge of demand, so together with the supplier we are designing the right new ones so that we can install them even on such stops, THMP representatives said for denk Metro.
Each monti goes through several stages of preparation, when the necessary documents must be issued. After that, the stopper is changed within 10 and 14 days. It was different, however, on Rusko Street in Prague 10, where you can find the stop of the same name.
There we didn’t agree with the transport company on the tram train and we thought we’d make it. We covered the entire route on foot, we had to make it in 11 minutes. The most important thing was to ensure that the lorry did not interfere with the oncoming tram, Novotn said, adding that the change of stop ultimately lasted nine minutes.
Including all percentages, the city will cost between 600 and 700 million crowns.
