Alphenaar (25) who shot at home in Antwerp where eight children were present up to five years in prison
Alphen aan den Rijn
The criminal court of Antwerp has a 25-year-old Dutchman up to five years in prison and a fine of 2000 euros. Mohamed aan den had fired on a house with a couple with eight children in September in the Antwerp sub-municipality and in the Antwerp sub-municipality. At a roadblock during his flight, he nearly ran over two officers at high speed. Everyone was unharmed.
More free of attempted manslaughter on the officers but found under residence, assault by the police and illegal possession of weapons. He has to pay the family almost 12,000 euros in damages. The two services were paid a total of 3500 euros.
A. initially denied that he had been there that night. He later admitted to shooting at the house. He said he sold drugs and that he owed his client. In exchange for canceling that debt, he had to fire a few shots at the house.
In the driveway of the house the police found a charger with nine cartridges and two bullet casings. One of the fired bullets had pierced the garage door and had gone through the windshield of the parked car. Camera images showed the shooter driving away in a white car with a Dutch number plate. The Belgian police and then a Dutch police helicopter gave chase. In Rotterdam, the shooter fled on foot but left his passport, driver’s license and rental contract for the car behind. A month later, A. was handed over projects in Alphen aan den Rijn and to Belgium.
