In the vicinity of metro station D there will be construction, new neighborhoods with parks and shops will be created
About six thousand apartments will be built between Kre and Psnica, 100 of which will remain in the city and will be suitable for affordable housing, promises the editor of the Institute of Housing and Development (IPR), Ondej Boh s.t.o., and the construction will be taken care of by a private developer together with the Prague Development Company (PDS ). Where we own land, which is Nov Dvory in particular, the new development will be complete under the clock, adds Petr Hlavek, Deputy Mayor for Land Development.
Ndra Kr
The Ndra Kr station will be in the city of the daily railway station Prague-Kr. Location seven, between the Jin junction and the railway line, which the metro route crosses perpendicularly, has an architectural appeal.
Metro trains will stop here above the water surface, and the roof of the station will fill the lion’s bed (roughly in the middle of the visualization). Another entrance from the station will be at the railway station. However, when the building is being built, it will go to the ground and be replaced by a new one, the upper floors of which will have offices (red building on the visualization). the six- and eight-story building will connect to the metro station and will also bring some services, explains Jakub Sklenka from the Reflecta Development company, which is in charge of construction in this location. Due to the traffic on the Jin connector, there will be no apartments, but a few administrative buildings with a hotel.
Ndra Kr will become a transport hub where metro, railway and bus transport will meet.
The second, northern entrance from the subway will be behind the Jin junction and on this side of the traffic artery will be a fortress with administrative buildings. In addition to offices, there will be shops, restaurants and cafes. IPR stated that construction could start here in 2025, the preliminary deadline is 2030. Reflecta Development would like to be finished at the moment when the subway trains start coming to the city.
Ndra Kr will soon become a prominent transport hub. There will be some trains from the direction of Beroun, which today usually stop at the Smoch station. By detouring from there, the Vrovice dog will be able to continue to the main trail or the Hostiva dog to the Benevo track. Among other things, buses of line 125 will stop in the new transport terminal, which provides the main connection between the city of Jin and the Smoch railway station, and has so far passed through the Jin connector without stopping.
In this way, two parking buildings will be created near Ndra, one of them will be right next to the railway and the other will be at the subway vestibule with a capacity of about 450 spaces and will operate in the P+R mode. Dal gare will be at the northern entrance to the subway, separated from Ndra Jin by a connector. Here, with the P+R regime, the private investor will probably not be the way it works.
Hospital Kr and Nov Dvory
1,400 apartments for 2,500 new residents are to be built a block further, near the Thomayer Hospital, where Vdesk Street meets Zles Street. There will be a new polyclinic on the site with a comprehensive building that will house the subway lobby. The construction is expected to start in 2025 and with the completed project in 2032. The state will park in the cities in front of hospitals and along the street, where today there is an empty space.

Around Nov Dvory station.
The last, fifth station from the first section of Dka will be Nov Dvory at the end of Durychova and Libusk streets. The landmark will be an eighty meter high building. Just for comparison, the nearby Eltoda building is 40 meters long, which is half of it. Otherwise, four apartments should be built here, under the management of the city and PDS.
Two thousand flats for and 4.5 thousand inhabitants are to be created on the site. However, only 54 percent of the new buildings will be occupied by housing, 22 percent will be used for administration and 13 percent for retail, a cultural center and a warehouse, as well as two maternity bikes, according to Martin Ervinka from PDS. According to him, there will be two apartment houses, each with up to 1000 apartments. One will be in Durychov and the other in the Jalov Dvr locality. These projects are the longest in the making, because their implementation will not require a change of land fill.
