At its regional assembly, the capital city gave support to the current chairman, Vít Rakušan, who defended his contribution today. The representative of the capital city of Prague in the newly elected chairmanship of the Elders and Independents movement is an experienced politician, MP and deputy mayor of the Prague 6 district, Jan Lacina.
“I didn’t have to think much about the competences I want to place in the STAN movement. On the one hand, it is media and media strategy, which is my education tested by the fourth century of practice. I know how both sides of the imaginary barricade think, which I consider a big deal. And I would also like to offer education in the field of election strategies and election analysis. And of course, my election can be a strong signal to the Prague organization, which we need to mobilize and revitalize as quickly as possible,” Lacina comments on her candidacy.
The leader of the Prague candidate for the Prague City Council, current deputy mayor Petr Hlaváček, was also present at the parliament.
He is satisfied with the new chairmanship of the STAN movement and commented on the new cast as follows: “I came at the invitation of Víto Rakušan and I am watching a very nice team. I guess it’s because I’ve always respected competent politicians more than brats. I have always preferred the position of a working horse rather than a breeding horse. You then go all-in, and I enjoy that. Vítek belongs to working horses and not breeding horses. He was elected by right.’
