Hugh Grant rages over lost luggage in Copenhagen – VG
Hugh Grant (61) takes to Twitter after losing his luggage on the way from Copenhagen airport to London.
«Not a good idea to check in luggage when flying with British Airways via Copenhagen airport. Baggage “disappears” and you never hear a worried word or apology from anyone,” writes the film star on Twitter.
Later, British Airways commented on the star’s angry Twitter message, saying that he would like to send the airline a private message so that they can find the missing luggage.
– It can also happen to a star actor, and of course we oblige him to get his luggage back super quickly, says communications advisor at Copenhagen airport, Lars Lemche to Danish BT.
He reminds us that it is a summer journey for all of us, and that it can happen to anyone. What you have to do then is to contact the airline you have used.
The star traveled with his Swedish wife, Anna Elisabeth Eberstein, and this may therefore indicate that the couple traveled from Sweden, reports Danish BT. The couple have a luxury villa together in Sweden which they visit at regular intervals.
Also when the “Notting Hill” star arrived at Heathrow, he had sat on the arrival at the airport.
“Dear guests to the UK, I apologize for how we treat you on arrival,” he writes on Twitter.
Grant is active on Twitter, and does not shy away from criticizing the chaos that has been the last time in the current government. He has also been an active opponent of Brexit, and has often tweeted about this.
