We stand for their right to equality and non-discrimination, freedom of expression and peaceful assembly, and freedom from violence.
We acknowledge the work of grassroots LGBTQI+ human rights activists, journalists, media workers, and civil organizations aimed at ensuring that all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or gender characteristics, receive equal treatment and full protection of the law. By respecting the rule of law and universal human rights, they form the foundations of democratic states.
International human law is based on the general assumption that all individuals are entitled to the same rights and freedoms without discrimination. We reject and condemn all acts of violence, harassment, stigmatization and discrimination against individuals based on their specific sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or gender characteristics, and we support LGBTQI+ persons and their struggles in the fight against the community, the fight, violence in everything and discrimination. in his region.
