What Spanish laws should Moldovan tourists know
It is expected that this summer dozens of Moldovan tourists will go to Spain, who should know some laws, to inform Noi.md regarding stirileprotv.ro.
For example, you could risk a huge fine for lighting a barbecue on the beach. Many areas either ban barbecues or require prior police permission.
And in Salobrena, Granada, fines of up to 2,500 pounds (57,630 lei) can be imposed on anyone who lights any type of fire on the beach, according to Liverpool Echo.
What other laws do tourists who have to spend their holidays in Spain need to know
Other laws stipulate that tourists and locals can be fined for smoking on the beach, as well as for drinking alcohol and using soap or shampoo. And a bizarre law means that it is illegal to build a sandcastle, at least in some parts of the country.
In 2016, Benidorm City Hall voted to ban sand structures on Levante Beach. The Telegraph previously reported fines of up to 150 euros (approximately 740 lei) for this activity.
At the same time, in the popular areas of Arona and Arica in Tenerife there is a law against the construction of large sand castes on the beach.
While the punishment for breaking the law of large sandcastles is not known, those eager for sandcastle will have to apply for a municipal permit before starting construction.
