“It has come to be said that all prosecutors and judges are corrupt. The punishment provided by law in the Republic of Moldova for a prosecutor or judge accused of passive corruption or accepting a bribe to influence an investigation is from seven to 15 years in prison, fines from 400 to 500,000 Moldovan lei and the ban from holding office . publish up to 15 years.
