Parliament will decide on Portugal-Russia Friendship Group
In the last legislature, after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, deputies from various parties resigned from the Portugal-Russia Friendship Group (GPA) and approved the freezing of bilateral relations, making it impossible to function.
At the time, the PCP voted against the “maintenance of dialogue channels”.
Now, a conference of leaders has decided, as required by the regiment, to send to the plenary the deliberation on the creation of the Portugal-Russia GPA, in the current legislature.
With the end of the legislature, all friendship groups ceased to function. When Augusto Santos solved the task of the President of Parliament, he asked the Committee to reflect on the cast.
