We knew the base camp of the XV of France since last May, now we know more about the logistics of the Blues before the 2023 World Cup at home. Just over a year from the World Cup which will take place in France from September 8 to October 23, 2023, the French Rugby Federation and the National League have begun to draw the outlines of the organization around competition and preparation. bruises.
Preparation of the Blues: two stages, four matches
42 players will be made available to Fabien Galthié from June 25 to August 28 to start preparation for the competition, which the Blues aim to win for the first time in history. The French rugby players will take part in two courses, the first in Guyana (from June 25 to 30), and the second in Monaco in mid-July.
Four preparation matches will be on the program of the XV of France. A double match against Scotland (August 5 and August 12), followed by a match against Fiji (August 19) and a final match against Australia (August 26). The Blues open the tournament in a legendary match at the Stade de France against New Zealand on September 8.
Top 14 amenities

Some players from the French selection will be absent during the first 3 days of Top 14.
